I'm using PSP9 but you can use any version.
The image you create from this tutorial is yours to do with as you wish… except to make a profit.
Please do not copy or place any part of this tutorial anywhere, without written permission from me.
**As a note I want to say that this tutorial is just a guide,
you have the option to use different colors or to change any
of the settings to your liking. Let’s get started!
1. In PSP open a new transparent image 100x100
2. Set your foreground color to #a56b00
and your background color to #ffff00.
3. Click on your Preset Shapes Tool and choose Rounded Rectangle
(or any other shape you prefer).
Settings as shown below:

4. On your 100x100 image draw out your shape.
5. Click on Objects...Align...Center in Canvas
6. In your layer palette, right click on Vector 1 and Convert to Raster
Layer.
This is what you should have so far:

7. Click inside the yellow area of your shape.
Go to Selections...Modify...Contract by 1. Do not deselect.
8. Change your background color to #ffb510 and flood fill
this new selection. Do not deselect.
This is what you should have now:

9. Once again go to Selections...Modify...Contract by 1.
10. Change your background color to #d78f03 and floodfill
this new selection. Do not deselect.
This is what you should have now:

11. Selections...Modify...Contract by 1. With your foreground color #a56b00
floodfill this new selection. Do not Deselect.
12. Selections...Modify...Contract by 1. Now hit the delete key on
your keyboard. Deselect.
That's it, you're finished!
