Supplies Required:

Paint Shop Pro – I use PSP9 but this can be done with any version with a few adjustments.
Mura Meister Seamless Filter – Shift At Random – can be downloaded HERE

1. Open up a new 200x200 transparent image.

2. Set your background color to a solid color or gradient of your choice.

3. Click on preset shape tool and choose the ellipse shape.

4. Holding down your shift key draw out a circle. Make sure not to fill the entire area as we need to apply our filter.

5. Click on Objects…Align…Center in Canvas

6. In your layer palette, right click on the Vector 1 layer and convert to raster layer.

7. Click on Resize Canvas and increase the size of your canvas to 250x250. The reason for increasing the size of the canvas now is so that when we apply the filter, the lines won’t looked “cut off”.

8. Apply your MuraMeister filter Shift At Random using these settings:

9. This is how your background should look now:

That’s it…you’re done!! Pretty easy isn’t it. If you have any
